Only the renter may operate the vehicles, additional drivers must be preauthorized in writing to operate the vehicle.

| Driving Area Restrictions |
| Maximum travel radius includes Utah, Arizona, California, and
Nevada. Any out of town travel must be pre-authorized in rental contract.

| Deposit Requirements |
| Xpress Rent-A-Car of Las Vegas accepts the following rental deposits:
VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover. Cash deposits are accepted with a
$200.00 deposit plus rental amount upfront and a return airline ticket

| Most cars come with 200 free miles a day and 19 cents per mile after. Sports cars
come with 100 mile free per day and 49 cents per mile after. |
